Swamis is one of the most popular surf spots in all of North County San Diego. When the surf is big, Swamis is the call. Swamis has a long history along the coast in Encinitas with the Self Realization Fellowship based directly on the cliff. Swamis is surrounded by some of the best real estate and homes for sale in Coastal North County. Cardiff By The Sea is a community immediatley south ( and may be considered Swamis as well) And Leucadia, a stoney beach town to the north ( both in the city of Encinitas) are the most popular areas. However, there are tons of properties within walking distance to Swamis, especially downtown Encintas Homes.
